We want you to love your Koios as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, pristine items. Please ensure all original packaging, including the dust bag and shoe box, is included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
